  • Communications — messages, emails, and WhatsApp conversations you initiate with our team.

  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent, links clicked, and navigation paths on our website.
  • Device and browser data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, and device identifiers.
  • Referral data — the URL that referred you to our site and search terms used.

  • Client project data — retained for a minimum of 5 years after project completion for accounting, audit, and legal purposes.
  • Contact and enquiry data — retained for up to 2 years from the date of last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Academy and course data — retained for the duration of your enrollment and for up to 3 years thereafter for certification verification.
  • Marketing data — retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, after which it is deleted within 30 days.
  • Server logs — automatically purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and other applicable laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent for data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our designated Data Protection Officer.
  • Right to nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of incapacity or death, as provided under the DPDPA.
