The Architecture
We'll build this using n8n (open-source workflow automation) + GPT-4o (for intelligent scoring and messaging) + Google Calendar API (for booking). The total monthly cost for this setup: approximately ₹2,000–5,000.
Step 1: Lead Capture Webhook
Create an n8n webhook that receives form submissions from your website. Map the fields: name, email, phone, company size, budget range, and service interest.
Step 2: AI Lead Scoring
Send the lead data to GPT-4o with a scoring prompt: "Score this lead from 1-10 based on: company size (larger = higher), budget alignment with our services, urgency indicators in their message, and geographic fit." The AI returns a score and reasoning.
Step 3: Personalized Follow-Up
Based on the score: 8-10 = immediate WhatsApp message + calendar link. 5-7 = personalized email sequence. 1-4 = nurture email with resources. GPT-4o generates each message personalised to the lead's specific situation.
Step 4: Calendar Integration
For high-score leads, the agent checks your Google Calendar for available slots, generates a booking link, and sends it via WhatsApp. When booked, it creates a CRM entry with the lead's details and AI-generated summary.
